This Sweepstakes is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or associated with any artist or artist-affiliated entity.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

1. Introduction

The Grita Canta Vota Concert Ticket Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) offers one (1) prize of two (2) tickets to a regularly scheduled headlining concert (“Concert”) by CARDI B in 2026, with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $800 USD (up to $400 per ticket). One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. This Sweepstakes is in no way authorized, sponsored, endorsed, approved, or administered by or offered in association with the artist or any artist-affiliated entity. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to Sponsor at the address above.

2. Sponsor

IncludUs Fund | Grita Canta Vota, 1640 Boro Pl, 4th Floor, McLean, VA 22102 (“Sponsor”).

3. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) on April 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM PT on the date that is two (2) days before the Concert date specifically, April 16, 2026 (“Entry Period”). The winner will be selected by random drawing at 8:00 AM PT on April 17, 2026 (one day before the concert) following the close of the Entry Period. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the last day of the Entry Period and physically received by April 16, 2026. Postcards not received by this deadline will be disqualified. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery.

4. Eligibility

This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the State of GEORGIA who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Proof of state residency may be required. Void outside of Georgia and where prohibited or restricted by law.

Only one (1) entry is permitted per person. If a person submits more than one entry, all additional entries will be disqualified.

The following persons are not eligible to enter or win: employees, officers, directors, contractors, and representatives of Sponsor, and their respective corporate parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, agents, and any other entity involved in the development or administration of this Sweepstakes, as well as the immediate family members (defined as spouse, parents, children, siblings, and grandparents, including “step” relations) and household members of each, whether or not related. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sponsor’s volunteers are eligible to enter.

By participating, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, which are final and binding in all respects.

5. How to Enter

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. NO ENTRY FEE, PAYMENT, OR PROOF OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE.

Important Civic Action Notice: Taking civic actions such as verifying your voter registration status, registering to vote, requesting a mail-in ballot, or sharing this contest with friends is NOT required for entry. Having a valid voter registration status or being eligible to register to vote is also NOT required for entry.

To enter, use one of the following two (2) methods:

(1) ONLINE: Visit https://gritacantavota.org/sweepstakes/cardi-b-apr-18/ during the Entry Period. The entry page includes a voluntary voter registration status check tool. To enter, simply complete and submit the entry form with your name, email address, date of birth, and state of residence. Use of the voter registration status check tool is entirely voluntary and has no effect on your eligibility or odds of winning. You are not required to check, verify, or confirm your voter registration status to enter this Sweepstakes.

(2) MAIL: Hand-print the following information on a 3½” × 5″ card: your full name, complete valid postal address (including zip code), date of birth, telephone number, valid email address, and the name of the specific concert activation you are entering (e.g., CARDI B — Atlanta, GA — April 18, 2026). Place it in a #10 envelope with proper postage affixed and mail to: IncludUs Fund | Grita Canta Vota, 1640 Boro Pl, 4th Floor, McLean, VA 22102. Maximum one (1) entry card per mailing envelope. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Entries that do not identify a specific active concert activation will be disqualified.

Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, mutilated, illegible, or postage-due entries, all of which are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Compliance with entry requirements will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Entries that violate these requirements will be disqualified.

6. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

7. Prize

One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets to the following show: CARDI B at State Farm Arena, Atlanta, GA, on April 18, 2026. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $800 (up to $400 per ticket).

Artist Disassociation Notice: Tickets are awarded as a prize only. This Sweepstakes has no affiliation with the artist, their management, their record label, or any artist-affiliated entity. The artist has not authorized, endorsed, sponsored, or approved this Sweepstakes in any way.

Winner will be selected by random drawing on the day prior to the Concert date at 8:00 AM Pacific Time (PT). Winner must accept the Prize within two (2) hours of initial notification. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash. No substitutions will be available except at Sponsor’s sole discretion, who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Prize does not include transportation, lodging, meals, or any other costs or expenses not specifically described herein. All such costs and expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner.

WINNERS AGREE TO ACCEPT THE PRIZE “AS IS.” SPONSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Each winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the Prize.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected from all eligible entries received via random electronic drawing conducted at the offices of Sponsor, on or before April 17, 2026.

Sponsor will notify the winner by phone call, email, and/or text message using the contact information submitted with the entry. Winner must respond within two (2) hours of notification or the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries.

Each winner is subject to verification of eligibility, including verification of age and state residency. If a winner is determined to be ineligible or otherwise disqualified, an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law or regulation, by submitting an entry, each entrant grants Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to use his/her name, photograph, voice, and likeness in connection with the promotion of this and other Sweepstakes offers and Sponsor’s civic mission. Entrant also consents to any alteration of submitted digital media, including combining it with associated content, and releases Sponsor of any copyright ownership or claims related to such use. Sponsor’s right to use this material does not constitute an obligation to do so.

Winners shall be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility/liability release and a publicity release within three (3) days of Prize notification. Failure to return properly executed documents will result in forfeiture of the Prize and selection of an alternate winner.

10. Limitations of Liability

YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SWEEPSTAKES WEBSITE SHALL SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT EVERYTHING ON THIS SITE “AS IS,” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or connected with: (a) the Sweepstakes; (b) any Prize awarded; or (c) your use of or access to the Sweepstakes website. Your remedies for any claims relating to the Sweepstakes are limited to your actual out-of-pocket expenses of participation, if any.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability, claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from: (i) participation in the Sweepstakes; (ii) technical failures of any kind; (iii) unavailability of transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process; or (v) electronic or human error in administration of the Sweepstakes or processing of entries.

11. General Conditions / Sponsor’s Reservation of Rights

Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if it becomes incapable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, acts of war, natural disasters, pandemic events, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s control that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Sweepstakes, or due to the rescheduling or cancellation of the Concert. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to select a winner by random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the cancellation, termination, or suspension.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes by cheating, deception, automated entry programs, or other unfair practices. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or tamper with the entry process may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek all available remedies.

Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected from Sweepstakes entrants will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, located at www.GritaCantaVota.org. Personal information will never be sold or shared with any commercial third party.

Should an entrant choose to register to vote or verify their voter registration through the Sweepstakes platform, their information will be shared — as disclosed in the user interface — with the applicable state election board, and may be added to databases of registered voters used exclusively for non-profit, non-commercial purposes to encourage voter participation. The sharing of voter registration information is voluntary and is not required to enter or win this Sweepstakes.

13. Disputes and Jurisdiction

THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA, WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICTS OF LAW PRINCIPLES. THE FORUM AND VENUE FOR ANY DISPUTE RELATING TO THE SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE A FEDERAL OR STATE COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION IN MCLEAN, VIRGINIA. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION.

14. Winner’s List / Copy of Official Rules

To request a winner’s list (available within sixty (60) days after the close of the Entry Period) or a copy of these Official Rules, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to: IncludUs Fund | Grita Canta Vota Sweepstakes, 1640 Boro Pl, 4th Floor, McLean, VA 22102. Residents of VT and WA may omit return postage for the winner’s list request.

15. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, in the Sweepstakes website and its content are owned by Sponsor. Neither these Official Rules nor your access to the Sweepstakes website transfers any rights, title, or interest in such intellectual property to you or any third party, except the limited, non-exclusive right to access the Sweepstakes website for your own personal, non-commercial use.
